Oura makes a smart ring you wear instead of a watch. Oura Ring 5 tracks sleep, heart health, activity and stress, runs up to a week between charges and comes in Stealth, Black, Brushed Silver, Gold and Deep Rose. Ring 4 and Ring 4 Ceramic stay in the range alongside it. Fit matters more than it does with a watch, so a sizing kit is worth ordering first and is sold separately here. Portable chargers and charging docks are stocked with the rings. An Oura membership is required for the full app experience.
